This is a strictly confidential, anonymous alcohol disorder test provided by MUSC Center for Drug and Alcohol Programs. Please answer the following questions honestly. Your results will then be calculated and will provide you with whether or not you might have a problem with alcohol.

  • One 12 oz beer (usually 4-6% alcohol concentration)
  • 5 oz of wine (usually 10-13% alcohol concentration
  • 1.5 oz of spirits or liquor (usually 80 proof or 40% alcohol concentration)
