The Center for Drug and Alcohol Programs (CDAP) offers a full spectrum of drug and alcohol programs, ranging from confidential, no-cost options to more traditional, fee-based alcohol and drug treatment programs. Our most successful and strongest alternative to fee-based treatment is research participation. Clinical trial participation is entirely confidential (your insurance company and employer do not have access to your records). Learn more about drug and alcohol research participation as treatment.
CDAP is one of the nation's premier facilities for the treatment of alcohol and substance abuse problems, offering an array of alcohol and substance abuse clinical services that form a continuum of patient care. Our clinical services offer the most up-to-date methods for the treatment of addictions.
CDAP's substance and alcohol abuse treatment philosophy encompasses a variety of psychological, biological and social interventions that have been shown to be effective. No single approach characterizes the CDAP program, as we know from experience that not everyone responds to the same therapies in the same way.
CDAP is unique in that we use therapies that have been shown, in research studies, to be effective in reducing the risk of relapse. Our faculty and clinicians have received specialized training using these therapies with addicted individuals. Our patients are provided with several different treatments, maximizing the chances that they will benefit from the treatment experience.
