The Center for Drug and Alcohol Programs is home to some of the best-known and well-respected leaders in the field of alcohol and substance abuse. Our solid record of advancing knowledge through research has resulted in national and international recognition for many of our faculty members. Faculty serve on national review and advisory committees, in addition to being active researchers, and are actively involved in the two major professional associations in the addictions field: the Research Society on Alcoholism and the College on Problems of Drug Dependence.
